Gavin is a triple award winning artist and Associate Member of the Society of Graphic Fine Art. His beautiful black and white pencil and graphite portraits have been exhibited in Leek, London, Leamington, Dundee, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Holt. He is a true advocate of mark making and the importance of ‘good drawing’. He creates intricate, realistic, poignant monochromatic artwork that illustrates the psychological struggle of the human experience, and fragility of our natural world. Gavin loves nothing more than sharing the joy of drawing in his 1-2-1 and small group masterclasses in his studio at the Foxlowe Arts Centre.
